All early-stage startups operating in one of the key sectors of interest in PropTech. It is possible to apply even with just an idea and/or if your company has not yet been established, provided that you commit to establishing a company in Italy if selected in order to benefit from the investment and program activities.
Foreign startups or teams can apply and must meet at least one of the following criteria: 1. At least one Italian founder in the share capital 2. The company is established in Italy 3. Willingness to establish an Italian subsidiary.
A group of experts will review your application, and the Zest team will contact you for feedback and a follow-up call. Selected startups will then be invited to participate in one of the bootcamps held in Milan between September 9th and October 1st, 2024, where they will have the opportunity to present their solutions and personally meet all the promoters and partners of HabiSmart. Startups selected for the bootcamps will begin the Discovery phase.
